creation of email account on the existine site

we already owe a domain. We want to create an email account so that people can create email address, eg. abc@sengkhasi.com

Who is your web site hosted through? This is something that would be provided by your hosting company as part of your hosting package. Most hosting companies provide some sort of control panel that you have access to through their web site that would allow you to make these changes.
