vegetarian to vegan

what is the alternative for cheeses and spread i know vitalite is dairy and meat free

As far as I know vitalite isn't a vegan product. If you want a truely vegan margarine you need to buy pure. If you want to find some alternative cheeses and cheese spread try the health food stores they usually carry a few. You won't usually find any in the supermarket though.
