I would like to know how much the average house is worth in your area, please state:

2 - average price
I will start with my area:
1 - Vancouver, BC Canada

I live in Tucson Arizona and the average price for a modest new home is around $250,000.
Of course you can get homes for less but they are used and then there are the ones that sell for over a million here and that is used.
It is amazing how the price changes depending on which part of the city the house is in.
