Is Jude's Elimination in Big Brother Series an after effect of Racism

We all know the controversy about racism when one participant called another participant as "Dog". As a finale to this controversy the participant jude who used the word "Dog" was eliminated in the elimination round. Is this an after effect of the racism controversy.
