Robotic application for windows to capture data

I have 5000 computer warranty end dates to capture for my organisation, the only way I can curretnly do this is to enter the computer serial numbers 1 at a time onto the suppiers web page and copy and paste the expiry dates, is there anyway to do this automatically with a robot type of thing - R
