I have a regular job in a MNC IT company, and also earn good there besides trading in derivative (earned good profit too). But the workload is very hectic in office and as a result I don't enough time for myself to enjoy. I thought why not leave the office work and spend full time on day trading in Stocks, but something pulls me back. Either I am afraid of leaving a steady income job or may be I am afraid of being alone with no collegues to talk to.. Have you faced this in your life and any comments and what should I do in future will be really appreciated.

Its really leaving the familiar and going to the unknown. If trading stocks is what you really want to do, is it possible to do it part time and get a feeling for it without giving up your secure job. I think you should check all your options before you make a move.

If you have a passion for day trading than maybe you can find out if you have a day trading group in your community. Try searching meetup.com You can meet up with other day traders and see how things progress. Good luck!

Balance yourself otherwise you won't enjoy the life fully. Certain things are time bound only, so enjoy it before it gets away. Set up your priorities first, then go further and don't confuse yourself with double work schedule. Best of Luck.

As for Day Trading only you would know your financial situation. Just like going to the casino and playing craps, pass line or don't pass. win or lose !! Many people have gone busted chasing the dollar. If you are happy with yourself, then it really don't matter if you have co-workers around while you are working Day Trading. After all, day trading you need to be focused on the numbers.
