Paypal doubt please helpp me!!!!!!

How do i switch back to personal account in paypal. should i pay for receiving money from paypal and also should i pay them every month because my account is a premium one. i am from india. could you please tell me which account is best for pay pal..a personal one or premium one. i use paypal for receiving money from mylot and also depositing them in ma bank. thanks in advance.

I use Paypal too but I am in Australia so it could be different I hope someone can help you so here is a bump up to the front...

do you have a limit that is 150 $ limit,after the limit you are paid that is you can withdraw it and deposit it into your bank. happy days.
