Guilty of Buying Pirated Cds?? I was but..

i won't lie. yes i am guilty of that. i bought few pirated vcds, dvds before. (ooppps, i hope i won't get arrested for this). they are really cheap compared to the original ones and as a student it was an advantage for me. i get to watch the movies i like for a minimal cost. but i try not to do that anymore.. haven't bought one for a couple of months now. i know patronizing pirated cds, vcds is a crime and it does not help the movie and music industry.

it's not your fault,cuddleme.it's the responsible that the government should take.from economical view,it's natural that consumers buy the cheaper ones and this can incentive the development of industry.the fair of market should be protected by government.dont be guilty,nine out of ten will make the same choise as you.after all,we all feel that our money is limited.isnt it?

hello. haven't seen you around lately. i miss seeing that cat around here. anyway, glad to see you again!
i am guilty of this as well.. used to but not anymore.
just like you, i thought that it's cheaper. but lately when watching those DVDs again, they won't play anymore. my money just went to waste.
now, i am collecting original DVDs and VCDs of movies. i always get them when they are on sale. so, i get more quality VCDs and DVDs for my collection in a good price.

hi maryannemax. i had my midterms examination. yesterday i was my examination in one of the toughest subject in school. i had little time staying in mylot. infact next week am gonna have examinations again and that makes me sad because i wont be able to check mylot that much..

I also admit that I bought bootleg stuff back then because of the low price. But sometimes there are disadvantages on buying bootleg cds and DVDs like the movies are sometimes blurred and it jumps. Yup, they are cheap but most of them has cheap quality too.

Don't feel bad, we buy them all the time here in the Philippines. Only $1 or $2 for a dvd with 8 movies, who can beat that when a movie at the theater costs $2!!! And more advanced than what's in the theaters too... just that some are bad quality.

i am not afraid to say that i download music and movies from the net and burn them for private use. I think the prices for a cd here is just crazy and when a dvdmovie is almost $35 it´s just too much!

yes the prices of vcds, dvds are just way too expensive. i do download movies from the net too but very seldom.
