What are the benefits of chocolates?

I thought I heard somewhere that it's actually good for something... do you know what for?

Yes. It's only good for the taste. And it's believed to be an aphrodising effect. New "researches" and "studies" also claim that it will release some hormons and you will feel happier from that - the truth is that the sugar in it will use up the vitamin B1 which is necessary for your nerves to work well... And by the theobromine which is also in the chocolate, raising your blood sugar, your body will produce extra insulin which you actually don't need. So your blood sugar will drop and you will feel tired and sleepy, with low energy. And chocolate is good for the producers and sellers bank accounts...
