I need a invester to invest money in my dreem project.A restaurent , few huts ,domestic animal zoo,water falls, boating, tree house etc etc .I have land in palagat distric in kerala.South INDIA.Sight seen is mountain, near forest . Near destnation is Parambikulam forest,Nelliyampathy,Malambuzha dam, Pothundy dam, Chulliyar dam, Meengara dam, Chinnar forest, Munner etc.In my land area is femous in Mangos (Muthalamada Panjayath) acers of land cultevating verites of mangos. The first thing you should do is to write a business plan. There are alot of books that can help you figure out a formal business plan.

The first thing you should do is to write a business plan. There are alot of books that can help you figure out a formal business plan. After you do this and find out what you want to do exactly, then you can contact your bank for a possible loan.
