It is all about moderation. I love potato chips and there is nothing wrong with indulging in your favorite snack every once in a while. There are many brands of potato chips that are cooked in a way other than frying. Look at the nutritional information on the back of packages. You might be surprised that certain brands of potato chips are a healthier snack than many other products that people choose to consume. Healthy eating is very important, but life is for living so enjoy what you eat. Be informed, read the nutritional information that is provided and ignore the marketing. Watch your calories, always remember to eat in moderation and exercise! No matter how healthy some food is, if it doesn't taste good to you or you don't enjoy eating it then it will be difficult to stick with that food.
