I look sad

I used to always smile. But these past years people say that when they see me I always look sad. I look like I'm thinking really hard and that I look lonely. My head is usually down and most times I am thinking. But when they come over to me and say I look sad I forget what I was thinking about a second ago. I don't talk much which could be a reason for looking sad. Why should I smile when there is not much to smile about. I used to smile because I felt content. Maybe looking sad is how I just really look. Is that a problem? I know people are concerned about me but that's the way I am.

well you should just smile a little thats will help and thats even better then concerning the people who care about you if you don't find somethings to smile for , try to remember good joke or try to tell your friends good joke and try to don't look down too much which make you looks sad and by the way if you like the way thats you are then no need to care about what others say about you :)
