"italian cooking is the best cook of the world" do u agree?

skygirl g,day, why would you stop at italian cooking ,in Australia we have a very multicultural society and some of the best recipes inthe world come from these countries like Greece,china,india,france,and so on, it all depends on what flavours you like, dont be put off ,broaden your horizons to the wonderfull world of food

as an italian I love italian food. I find it "healthy" rather than "sane" though :)
