Will music act as a medicine to cure diseases?

i read somewhere that really music helps in curing diseases.Atleast music helps in diverting human thoughts from worrry.So body gets the chance to heal itself faster.That implies music acted as a medicine in curing diseases.Do u agree?

I dont think music cures any body if that would happen who will go to doctor, its different that music make us feel relax but it cant cure any body's disease.

I total believe that music cures all disease because if you get the right ones to ralax you or energize you, you enjoy and don't feel miserable. That is the secret to being healthy is be joyful. Thanks for adding this discussion.
