I definitely dress for warmth. When the temp drops down to single digits, most peoples regain some sense and dress appropriately. Style vs Frostbite? To me that is a no-brainer.

Kinda both. I have an expensive suede and fur winter coat that is both gorgeous and warm, but if I had to choose, I'd pick warmth.
