Is smoking gives relief from tension?yes it does.because while smoking we concentrate on smoking on forget about other tension.... how do you feel about that?

no,why cant you concentrate in others that is other than smoking you have lots of entertainment other than is where you can relax.some of them are listen to music,think about what you go craze on...........and much more just try out....... ok lets take like this if a man got tensed for whole day do you think he will be smoking for the whole day no he will try solve out.

smoking is the place where you can get relaxed soon and your concentration totally changes from any tensions

ya definetly it will relief from tension, when u feel u r alone, it is only companion for u to share ur feeling.

it is a misconception of ours that smoking relives tension because there is not any fact like this.cigrate consists of nikotine which is not good for health there for we should not smoke.
