i can't acces mye-gold account

my ip was changed and now i can not access my e-gold account. what is goingon? it happened to you too? can i make anothe e-gold account?

well when i changed the internet cnnection it warned me of my ip changed but at gining the correct passphrase and the other infrmation i was able to access it, make sure you are entering everything right and if you r perfectly sure and it still doesnt work then contact them or even make a new account and give the new number in your profile here
