Movies becoming more boring?

Now days, movies intend to become more and more boring than before, it's either going to be about ghettos or gang violence, and even the so called action movies intend to have no action at all. Got any suggestions about this or just have a comment for me? Just leave one and I'll try to get back at you. Thanks.
