Questions on MYLOT

I would like to know, How to post a 'LINK'......? I have seen many posting links in their responses.....Can you please help me........

Rant away Jimmy!! This is another great feature here at myLot! They will actually pay you to rant. I do not know the answer to your question but I do sympathise with you as I see the same thing happening. I do actually spend more time here answering people then I do posting since it seems like everything in the world is already posted somewhere. I think this is because myLot pays more for starting discussions than they do for responding but I do not care if they do since I just like to give my opinion. But I am only one person and can only do so much. Keep your chin up and do not let your lack of responses get you down. Have a great day!!

Dont give up on mylot. I had the same proble when I started out and sometimes i still do. It takes a while to get a decent a mout of replys . I rather answer peoples questions then post my own sometimes. Its just to hard to think of somewhen you dont have any to ask. I tendto ask questions that get you to think. Im sure you do the same. For some , if its too uch thinking involved they wont nswer keep that in mind and keep posting the quality work that you do :)

You said it. Just hope that the people here will make it a better discussion forum. see we dont have a reliable and fast option of going back to the good discussions we had and see what other say about our comments.

It is weird. Sometimes I post something I'm really interested in, and I'll get 1 answer or maybe no answers. Then I'll post something that's just a general topic and get a lot of answers. You just never know what people will respond to.

Thing is there is not just money in the questioning and well we've all had questions that haven't been answered and we've all had some that have only had 1 or 2 answers. If I get answers awesome if not oh well. I have some friends on here that I like to keep in touch with so doesn't matter. Hope you have a better time in the future.

You get money for answering too. I normally don't ask any questions because I have the same problem. I just can't seem to generate any response.

I don't think there isn't any money in answering. It's all joined. Like, someone could post all day, and never start a discussion and earn, say, 57 cents. Another person can post the same amount, but start 3 discussions and earn 89 cents. Maybe another person posted the same amount, started 3 discussions, and rated each reply that they saw? They earn, say, $1.35. It all depends on how active you are on Mylot. But, I do agree with you. More and more people seem to be posting to irrelevant discussions, and skipping over the more thoughtful ones. This could be because those people are simply here to make money and want it the easy way. You and I aren't like that? But, that doesn't really change things. I had this issue with Mylot before, and I thought Hey! Who cares what they do!? I'm going to do my own thing, and know I'm doing the RIGHT thing, and earn as much as I can WHILE helping others. It's a win win for the people who are here for the right reasons. =)

because you have analyse first why people like to start topic and why lots of respond came there. Because people in here always like some practical things and do like to answer for that. and also they like clear topics... whatever you have make good topic for get attention form others.

PEople actaully do get paid for responding... a lot of the times your posts just aren't seen by the rest of the site... making friends really helps because then they can see your posts and you may get more responses... also i think because yahoo answers has discussions become idle and expired that they have fewer questions than mylot... hope you continue posting and replying on mylot... and hope i helped a little

I also got the same situation like u. I got many discussion but only got 1 or 2 response but sometime it got many response too. I think it is maybe that our discussion didnt placed in the first page.

That is the big negative of MyLots. I have posted five, what I consider to be worthy discussions. Out of five discussions I have received only one response. And that was through a friendship request. We are encouraged to post appropriate pictures with our discussions and or responses. But yet I have found no way to do so. I am not allowed to copy and paste until I get a rating of 500.

do you want to find information?i think you come to wrong website.i think everybody will agree that mylot is one of website which paid us to get post and have rank and not website of information.but maybe some information will have in this site.

it has been happening to me also. there are so many of my questions, which i consider, good enough, but sadly, there are just a couple of answers or none at all. at the same time, a similar question asked by a female gets so many responses and i don't know the reason for that. in fact, useless questions asked by quite a few females get overwhelming responses. i don't understand why thats happening! anyway, all the best!

act people reply to quest tat they find interesting..may be ur quest is nt so appealing to attract others attention..put some basic quest that can attract a large crowd..!!!!!!!

I think MY LOT is only one option for us to find any information that we need , sometimes you will succesfully got answers to your issues here & sometimes not.....so ,dont worry ,be happy , it's just a matter of time ... I believe that you will got your answer , if it's not today it may be next time / day......TQ
