Racism.... is it ok?

I hear alot and see alot of racism in real life, and online even more. Just today i was in a chat room, and some guys were useing the (N) word against a black man. it was an outrage. But unfortunatly there was nothign i could do, but report them for slander. What losers. What other types of action would you take other than reporting them??
