what is the significance of the baptism of the holy spirit?
do you feel the holy spirit in your life?
what is your experience of it?
the bible, churches, spiritual leaders teach that the holy spirit is a helper, a guide to us.
We can feel the Holy Spirit's presence if we accept it and if we walk closely to God and obey him.
Do you feel or any exp with Him?

Yes, I was baptised in the Holy Spirit. Yes, I feel the Holy Spirit in my life daily, as I am born again. It changed my life around, and He is my personal savior and friend. I can do nothing, without Him.

Baptism of the Holy Spirit as what happened to Kornelios and to the apostles on that day of Pentecost and others will no longer happen to us now and had not happened after what God wanted to be done were already done as the handing down of the New Testament which we now have.
People baptized into Christ pursuant to Acts 2:38 have the gift of the Holy Spirit which is given to each for edification of the church. For example, I am given the gift of knowledge of Bible Greek and I translate the Word of God from Greek to English. I am a Christian and a servant of God.
