I have a problem !!!

I dont know why..my eyes always pain and i feel them as dry when i get up from the bed..i sit in front of computer for so long and can it be the reason??

that happens to me also. staring at the moniter for too long can definatly cause it! you might try an over the counter saline solution for eyes. they make eye drops that are just to help moisterize dry eyes.
