How can I increase my earnings on mylot ?

I m new to mylot. I know every rule n regualtion of this website. But, I think...they way, mylot has given the oppurtunity 2 earn, I think, it will take a years to earn a healthy money over here. For each reply u earn -$.02, n for giving the topic, it is $.03 n for referring the friend it is $0.1. Can any1 tell me, how 2 increase my earnings over here ????
