How to get good sleep at the time of exam?

I completely understand your situation. When it comes to sleeping before a big exam, I go out for a run or a bike ride before going to bed. Exercising is a good way to get away from the thought of exams, but also something that can help you sleep. Before you goto sleep, quickly go over some notes, then goto sleep. When you wake up have a good breakfast and revise your notes whilst eating. When I did my exams last year I had very little sleep at times, but I managed to do O.K. in the end. I found exercising to be the best way to relieve stress and help me sleep.
