Do you think one person can affect History ?

We can see throughout History Great men like Stalin, Hitler ,Napoleon affect History, also We have seen Good people like Gandhi, St.Francis, Mother Theresa create more good.Was itt due to them alone, because they had a great organisation behid them...What do you think? What do you feel ?
