Sky Shopping : Fare or Farce

Many people are offering different kinds of things: from electronic items to vacuum cleaners and cures from obesity to diabetes and so on. But these items are only available at Sky Shopping. They are not available in the open market. Many men and women are shown on the TV claiming to have been cured completely, Sometimes they even weep to express their gratitude for the medicines. If these cures are so effective, why they are not available in the medical stores. Besidess their cost is too high. My impression is that this is a strategy to ward off any complaints or protests from the prospective buyers as, unlike in the case of the market, it may be very difficult to contact them for a refund or compensation. How far might it be correct? Can anybody share his or her expderience, bitter or sweet?
