It is a 5 for the most part. It also depends on how long you have smoked and what kind of environment that you are in. If you are around smokes all the time, it is much harder to quit then if you are around nobody that smokes. Also, having someone you love support you or quit with you also helps a ton to kick this bad habit.

6 ! It is very difficult for some people almost impossible that the die for smoking too much !
You have to be very self-confident and strong if you want to be successful !
