What would you do, if you turned into the richest person on Earth?

If i turned into the richest man on earth, i`ll try to civilize the world. i`ll spend 50% of my riches, in the Urbanization of rural areas of the world. I`ll spend 25% of the money, to educate all the backward people of the world. Of the remaining money, 15% will be spent for Scientific research. Out of the remaining 10%, i`ll give my parents, to whom i owe a lot, 5%, and finally, i`ll keep 5% for myself, to keep competitions away. ;-).
