How were the Planets named ?

How were the Planets named ? I'm wondering who named the planets and where they got the names from. Especially Uranus!I dont care about the new planets they've found just the classical ones.

The planets are all named after Greek and Roman gods. Uranus is named after the greek god of the sky. Uranus was representative of heaven to the ancient greeks. Mars gets its name from the Roman god of war (the greek name for Mars is Ares).
