A saying by our College teacher in our class

Ours was a gallery class. Usually girls sitting in gallery and boys occupying front rows. One day it so happened that all boys occupied gallery and girls occupied front rows. As usual class teacher came and was astonished by the seat occupations by the students. He saw all the students two times and said "LET THE SKIRTS GO UP AND PANTS COME DOWN". The whole class went to laughter.
