2) Misleading or useless page titles
3) Huge pages 4) Marquees 5) Guady colours 6) No Resizing 7) Balance Content

Hmm ... I am not a web-designer myself, but as someone who is interested in such, and does a fair amount of surfing, I will list a few of the things I find to me to be the most annoying.
a) Fonts so fancy you can barely read them.
b) pages that contain just a few lines of plain text
c) Links that don't work
d) and most of all I think ... sites that are not compatible with FireFox!
