how many guys have heard the new song?

how many of you guys have listened to the latest number of mettalica.what do you think about it?how do you rate the metallica from the past and the current one?though saint anger was good it didnt rise upto the much anticipated expectations.lets hope the new album which i hear is to sound like master of puppets which the band is currently working on.

The St. Anger single is disjointed sounding, to say the least. They appeared to be combining the old and the new sound, but it resulted in a schizophrenic pile of crap. Sorry to offen anyone, but I really didn't like that single and therefore will not waste my money on an album with songs like that. Aren't singles supposed to be representative of an album's sound?

duh, wrong comment, sorry! I really meant to say I have not heard the song yet; I usually wait for a concert BUT THEY'RE STILL TOURING EUROPE--WAAAHHHH! I hope it's better than St. Anger (look at my comments above to see how I feel about it!)

i totally agree with you.St Anger was not upto the mark.you got to give credit though for them trying to experiment with the new sound.but seriously in order for them not to loose out on their fans they need to go back to their old sound.thanks for the reply.

i use to listen to metallica when i was in my home as my brother use to listen to it but not these days. I am usually into guitar solos. I like their album ride the lightning and master of puppets.

try starting to get hold of a few songs .now that you are on mylot you can find many websites where you can get good free music.

So there's already some new stuff floating around? I always thought Metallica would be one of the bands most careful when it comes to this sort of leaking. Care to share the link of this so called new material then?

they havent released the new album as yet.in one of their live performances they play a new song and tell the crowd that it is a new song.good to see a metallica fan out here.you can get the song on a seek a song website.
