do anyone of you use the postal department's services now-a-days, with the advent of e-mail, mobile phone and courier services?

I use it often. I belong to a group that trades books, we send them via media mail. I send notes to friends and sometimes little special things just to make their day in the mail. I even still pay some bills that way.

I have only one bill that I still pay thru the mail, and I use them to ship packages, because they are usually much cheaper than UPS or FedEx. I also send Birthday cards still, there is something still more special about getting a letter than an email.

I used their services before..but now not regularly with our technologies getting improved..it makes me much easier and better to communicate through email and handphones. But some of the government matters..it has the necessity to use postal depatments's service here in Malaysia..And i use that too to send greeting cards during festive season to my friends and relatives.

Yes, I do. I get my payment from a site in the form of check which comes through postal services. I have a cousin who doesn't use e-mail, so I send her letters & vice-versa. Also, I send New Year greetings to all my relatives & friends through post.
