Desperately Seeking Steamed Buns!

I am in love with Asian steamed buns. I love BBQ pork and chicken curry steamed buns. Whenever I'm up in Seattle, I always go down to the international district and get myself some.
Unfortunately, I don't get up to Seattle too often. So I am often unable to fulfill my craving for steamed buns. I've looked online for recipes, but I haven't found any quick, easy recipes for them. So I turn to you, Cooking Gurus of Mylot, to aide me in my quest for a relatively quick and easy steamed bun recipe!

Cant really explain the whole recipe but i can guess why u liked the Asian buns so much ,,i dont know how they prepare in ur part of world...but i found link which shows the kind of one which I actually eat here in India...
