I don't think so, she holds many points that I don't think it would make the US improve as a country socially. She defintly is as good as her husband when it comes to economical plan, but that is not all. I believe the USA deserve a much better president upon the next elections.

In my opinion yes! She handled New York pretty well. I think she can and I look forward to seeing her prove it. :-)
