I need tips on shopping with coupons

There was a show on friday about being in debt, and there was a family on that only grocery shopped once a month and saved hundreds/month with coupons. We don't get the paper, so I was wondering if anyone knows if you can get valid coupons on the internet. Anyone shop with coupons and have any success stories or tips you can share? I like the idea of only shopping once a month, I'm a planning fool. I think I would have to make some extra trips for produce and milk though. If clipping coupons will save money for us, then I need to get started! Thanks!

I'm a little weary about signing up for these sites. I think I'm just looking for printable coupon sites. I don't need more junk email/mail. thanks though!

I use a lot of coupons. There are lots of different sites you can go on to print coupons out. It depends on what you are looking for. Lots of companies have coupons that you can print out from the website. And if you're really going to use the coupons, I would suggest going ahead and buying the Sunday paper. Yeah, you have to pay a couple of bucks for it, but you will save much more than that with the coupons inside.
