EBook Tutorials - Does Anyone Know of Any?

Hi! Does anyone know of any good ebook tutorials (how to put together an ebook - the technical aspects, etc) that can be downloaded or purchased? I've seen some on Ebay that were cheap, but I was also afraid they'd be cheesy looking and not professional. Free would be great, too, but I wouldn't mind spending a little for something good. Does anyone know of anything? Thanks in advance! :-)
