How does MyLot's payment system REALLY work?

I'm new here and I would like some feedback as to just how legitimate MyLot's payment system really is. Do you have to put any down in oorder to get paid? What are the risks in adding a paypal account to your profile? Any experienced help would be appreciated!

there is no money down and once your earnings reach at least ten dollars(or any amount that you set as a limit) they will send your money through paypal. There is no risk with paypal and is used by millions of ebay users.
