well i agreed that Chandigarh is the beautiful city i visit many times there but u cant say that Chandigarh is most beautiful in the world.. in my opinion kashmir is the most beautiful place in the world. it is like a HEAVEN.. and goa is also the nice place..Goa beaches attracted many tourist from all over the world.

Yes it is a beautiful city, well planned and Clean i have been to it couple of times, but it may not be the best in the world.

In our mother tongue, it's said for every one his/her home town is like Kashmir. We make this comparison because Kashmir is the most beautiful place in the world. However I'd like to say that for one the most beautiful place his home town.
