irear support bracket for a 92 buick rdmaster

it s not a aftermarket part. the junkyards i've looked in don't have them. where can i find one or can i have a welder make one. please help. my belt broke becos of the stress from the alternator not having a rear support bracket. this will happen again unless i have.
