How can you lose some weight that too without spending much?

I've tried several methods of shaping up and toning my body. As I have got fat thighs it really looks very disgusting when I wear skin tight clothes. If you know methods to reduce weight and shape up those flabs ....plzzzzzzzz post your comments here and also tell me the methods of how you keep fit...Thanx

i know three ways on how you can lose some weight without spending much. one is exercise. a walk everymorning is the cheapest way to lose some of that weight. try using the stairs instead of the elevators. but do try to consult your doctor if you are healthy enough to do some exercise. some people have heart problems so they can't really tire themselves too much. next is through water therapy. try to drink more water every day. water can make you well hydrated and can flush out the bad toxins in your body. it can help you lose weight. and besides, you have to regain the water you lost from sweating during exercise. lastly, proper diet. you should keep away from too much fat and cholesterol. try to eat in proportions that is enough for your body. discipline yourself from taking unhealthy and unneeded snacks.

losing weight - using a tape measure to see if one has slimmed down.
if you don't want to go to the gym, atleast eat more fruits daily and less fatty foods. stop drinking cold water and cold beverages. take in if not lukewarm water, atleast tap water. avoid chips. you can eat chocolates for as long as it's only milk chocolate and in a minimal amount. you can eat as many times as you want but not in huge amount. don't starve yourself but don't eat too much.
