the children's behaviour (even adults)in view of the fact that they know it's not real. Does it help shape a person's character?

do you know that the wrestling shows already banned here in indonesia because there's so many cases that children imitating those action they saw on TV. There's some life victims and some other are badly injured after bullied by other children that try to practice what they saw on that WWF (wrestling) shows. As an adult we knows that's a fake and every movie are not real. But it's different from children that unable to know which one is real and which one is fake. TV shows have some effects on shaping someones character, as i believe that a child is like a blank paper, and every input from it's surround will shape their personality, including tv show. will you allow your child to see violence on tv everyday till they become an adult ?

i don't think that it can change ur personality. although it can affect the way of ur thinking and u can be more matured at a lesser age. earlier children used to follow their parents and teachers but now they spend more time on tv so they follow what they see as no one is there who can take them to right or wrong path. so they just follow without being critical and don't evaluate what they follow is good or bad so there is a need to create awareness among the parents to create a watch on the the children.
