everytime u say to a chemist u have a headache he gives u a parcetamol more commonly known as PCM in medical field.but if a large dose is taken it can effect ur liver and cause a acute liver failure.it is a emergency.well did u know that???so be cautious that u dont pop up too many at a time.lastly stay healthy.
