Some big buisinesses want to regulate the internet. control it. So basically, the internet would be even more of an advertising tool then it allready is, and you couldnt visit all the sites you wanted, or use your internet connection for some things like games... If it aint broke, dont fix it. That applies here quite well i think. Do you support the regulation, or oppose it?

An Ip address does not regulate nothing.. IP's are used to determine who or what something is basically. Yes it true every single computer has its own ID but that does not mean your life is being regulated becuase you have an ID Number.

I definitely oppose the internet regulation. I think it's dumb. Big businesses don't need any more money than they are already getting from us. And last time I checked, we were allowed to do what we wanted online, no one can control that.

I certainly oppose most regulations regarding the Internet, which should be free as possible to encourage innovation and entertainment. Sadly, many governments and companies already censor content, and government officials either let this continue out of ignorance or actively encourage it because they are backed by closeminded people or businesses that seek to profit. People need to speak up loudly and often because communication is at risk!

It would be virtually impossible for any one entity to regulate the internet. There are billions upon billions of sites, internet connections, domain names, IP's, and ect.. The internt has been around for over 30 years and there are many experts out there, fact is no matter what anyone does these experts can always find a way around the regulation. You also must remember that regulations cant violate your rights either. So even if it where possible to regulate the regulating party would still be limited on what he/she/they could do. Personally I think we have the right and freedom to do as we please as long as what we do is legal. Now on the same topic though I also feel there are parents that DO NOT monitor their children when they should. A parent in every single way should regulate the usage of the internet by yound children.
