Is it good to make mother as a good friend

I don't think it's really possible to become really good friends with your mother until you are older. I don't mean really old, but I mean once you are out on your own. People can't really have friendships unless they share something in common and once you've lived a bit, it's easier to find things we have in common with each other. Growing up I wouldn't say I was friends with my mom, although she took great care of me and loved me very much. Today, I would count her as one of my very best friends. I value the advice she gives me very much. Great post :)
