why are you still in your current job or work? why do you stay? what keeps you from quitting your job or transferring to other jobs? is the work? salary? benefits? co-workers? your boss? convenience?

Because i love the stability of my current company. The loyalty they pay me. And yes the friendy and down-to-earth Boss and co-workers. I also love being independent here.So i am not looking for a change for another good 5 years.

I left my sixth job a few months ago. They were getting ready to shut down the office in a year, and I knew it would be cheaper for them to have a part time person. I was sick of the terrible commute. not to mention the stress of the impending doom was making everything nuttier than usual. Unless you're very high in the organization, they expect you to move on after so many years. But be warned. After you reach 40, you're automatically less employable!

I am still working in my Current job for the last two years because the working atmosphere is just great, all my colleagues are helping and co-operative and my Boss always regards and appreciates me for doing good work. This does not mean I do not do wrong work sometimes, I did sometimes but never was fired because my Boss is of very good nature. "All humans commit mistakes but sensible are those who learn from their mistakes." I worked in my last job for three and a half years, didn't quit it but my contract there expired, so had to look for a new one and I am here now, enjoying my time and am very much thankful to God.
