What are the consequences of being rude to a teacher?

I have a cousin he was expelled from 2 school when he was in highschool! He always find enemy in there class, and the worst he beat them, even he's teacher! He was about to be in jail, because of his rudeness! Her mom talk to the school administration not to let him jail! Her mom cries for him and told them that she will accept any punishment for his son! My cousin cried, and promise not to that again! Hope you guys learn you lesson!
