What is your favorite chicken receipe

I love parmesean chicken. You bread the chicken, cover it with sauce and melt mozzeralla or provolone cheese over it. It's really good.

I like to just salt and pepper my chicken dip the chicken in and egg wash, flour my chicken and fry it in a frying pan. I will cover it at first add a 1/2 teaspoon of water to the oil to get it to sizzling then cover. After a few min's I turn down the heat and let the chicken cook the rest of the way thu. Another way I cook chicken is to put it in the oven and let it cook thu then add bbq sauce and let the bbq sauce set in the oven then serve.
