What is the prevailing rate of an animated educational interactive exercise?

Is there anybody who knows how much will be charged for the development of an animated educational exercise that is done on Flash? The exercise may require some basic action scripting like clicking and dragging. I will appreciate your response.

It is completely depends on exactly how much
data you want feed in that exercise
for example
for the whole book of physics of high school level
there should be the charge of around $500/-
