an apple a day is no longer enough to keep the doctor away. with mounting pollution and high incidence of pesticides in food products, the nutritional value of the good old apple is not the same as few decades ago . Proteins are the building blocks of life, protein supplements are easy to carry and very safe . the trick i know to protein consumprion is it should be proportion to ones body weight . so if your weight is 60 kg, have only 60 gm protein supplements a day . and i think whey, soya, natural fibre are teh best sources of protein, inviting more tips from everyone

U are absolutely right an apple a day keeps the doctor side away because of pollution and pesticides in food, but which type of protein supplement u saying to take? r u asking we can take protein from soya, natural fibre and whey? plz. reply soon
